Providers:  Providers can send proposals to Clients projects and post their services.  Providers are responsible for delivering the services as described in their proposals and services listings.

Clients: Clients can post projects (fixed, hourly, milestones) and hire Providers according to their project needs. Clients must ensure that their projects are clearly defined and accurately described.

7. Transactions

All transactions on creativestab.com must be conducted through our platform.  Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon price for the services, and Providers agree to deliver the services as specified. creativestab.com may charge fees for transactions, which will be clearly disclosed to you.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any activity that violates any law, infringes on any third party's rights, or is otherwise harmful or fraudulent. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting false or misleading information

creativestab.com reserves the right to charge a percentage based service fee, based on the complexity of the involvement in the transaction process between the transacting parties at their request, and for transactions payment processing when requested to act as an intermediary between the interacting parties. 

creativestab.com assumes the obligation to transparently inform the interacting parties the percentage based service fee commission, but reserves the right to keep private the cost of payment processing charged by third parties. 

16. Listings

All providers profiles and services listings on creativestab.com are being added, and are being managed by the service providers themselves.

The accuracy, and truthfulness of the listings information is the sole responsibility of the service providers.

creativestab.com is not responsible, or is not liable for the accuracy or truthfulness of the listings contents.

Unless otherwise stated, creativestab.com and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on creativestab.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
